The cannabis industry has a credibility problem. Too many people - brands, influencers, even some dispensaries - only talk about the upside. 'It's natural, it's safe, it helps everything.'
That's not science. That's marketing. And your customers can tell the difference.
Being honest about risks, limitations, and unknowns doesn't make you a worse budtender. It makes you a trusted one. The customer who hears 'here's what we know and here's what we don't' comes back. The customer who gets oversold and has a bad experience doesn't.
