Description
Most AI adoption fails not because the AI doesn't work, but because the process around it doesn't change. This module teaches you to map a real business process first (every step, every handoff, every decision) and *then* identify which steps are AI-eligible.
You'll learn process mapping (BPMN-lite, swim lanes, value-stream basics) plus the benchmarks that matter: time saved, quality maintained, cost shifted, risk introduced. The goal isn't a perfect diagram. It's a one-page map an executive will actually read and act on.
By the end you can take any process at your job and produce a clear map + impact estimate that lands with stakeholders, before a single tool gets bought.
